could you contact his psychologist or other support and see if can speak with them?-- he has not got any support my @outlander xx

I am glad Mr Shaz is self soothing.  

It is very hard once that cat (SI) is out of the bag.  Cant just put it back in.  So his personal expression makes it hard for you. 

 

Some people say it casually and some people dont, many people dont.  Either way. I feel for you and have been in that situation very often.

Find something self soothing for you too.  Maybe separately.

last time Mr shaz just got in the car and went last time , did not tell me anything and took himself to hospital , tried finding him everywhere that night

His daughter finally found him the next morning at the hospital 60 kms away

So this time is different

Has something happened or triggered --- yes yesterday and today, some of our equipment wont work, some are at the repair shop 30 kms away  and one broke yesterday and a few other things which have lead up to today

also have traveeled soo much in the last 2 day and it is all catching up xx
