Ohhh no the mower stopped working now this morning so we had to take it 30 kms away to put in repairs 

When we finally got home and I made some lunch

Would he be amenable  for a pdoc review? Remember there is rural bulk billed telepsychiatry available if he doesn't want to see public team?

years ago he would of taken himself to hospital by now

but he has put a movie on and is very quiet at the moment

sounds like maybe some extra help is needed @Shaz51 could you contact his psychologist or other support and see if can speak with them?
you can always use the helplines too for some support for yourself.
