S1 has well and truly passed the mountain bike bug on to S2 and me ๐Ÿ˜€   After hearing us talk about it Darling is keen to try it out now also. 

Hoping this may be the start of some quality family times ahead.

While taxing I have been really enjoying the riding.

We are fortunate to have some awesome facilities within our region as well as locally.

Still plodding along with our almost daily dog walks.

Missed my September steps goal by a big margin but I did beat 2019 september total so happy with that. And have done some intense cycling so recon that makes up for the list steps.

Find it a bit harder to keep up exercise when little people are on holidays.

Quite enjoying time out with our boys despite some bumps along the way.  I feel my fitness has improved as some of the tracks we traverse are getting easier. Multiple segment PBs (online sports tracking app) for every ride ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Managed a 2hr ride this afternoon.

No spills today ๐Ÿ™‚

Can't even close to keep up with the boys ๐Ÿ˜ต๐Ÿฅด

Another ride this morning. 6am start.

Aim is for 3x 6am rides and 2x after school rides each week. (Weather permitting).
