Got up, showered, dressed, took S to school (in real clothes) and then went and did the food shopping.
Whilst for most it is probably things they do every day, for me it was a big accomplishment, especially after the other day.
Going to reward myself with a cuppa and some chocolate I brought!

Top job @Snowie! I know those relatively simple every day tasks can be a huge effort for some of us. So well done.

Not much on for this afternoon @Bow
Probably some more christmas shopping from the comfort of my couch!
Have you got any plans? How are you going?

I’ve done pretty much zero Christmas shopping @Snowie ! Normally I am really organized.
I don’t have any idea about what to do with Christmas gifts this year. I had my niece to buy for… actually I think I’m just giving mum some money to put towards a trampoline.
don’t know what to do for gifts for my D. I don’t want to take many overseas with us. But I need to have something for her. Santa usually gives one small gift, so need to take that. Think we will leave some at home for when we get back. I don’t know!
you got much more shopping to do?
going to do some sewing once I’ve finished on the treadmill.
feeling all sorts of things. But vulnerable and raw. Tired and lethargic today too. Flat.

yesterday
Had ECT yesterday morning. Meant to have one more before Christmas. Don't know what is happening after that, if the sessions are continuing or if I'm taking a break. Guess it is something I need to discuss with pdoc.
Big festival happening this weekend in our little town. The place has been inundated with people. They have a big market on for the weekend and a carnival with lots of rides, so went and had a look around. Did pretty good considering how many people were there. Managed to do some xmas shopping!
