Hi @Shaz51 

It is dry and warming up in this patch of the world.  I cleaned my roof yesterday and found plenty of broken roof tiles that I need to replace.  I'll need to run down to shop and get a battery powered angle grinder to cut away ridge cap tiles before I can start the repairs.
