The awww feeling I am feeling my @fluffylight is here we go again feeling  which is ongoing daily and everyday which I can not get away from xx

I can really resonate with this.

I'm a carer for my family and I really have that trapped feeling. My car stopped working last week so I have had a bit of a break from the duties I would usually need to take on - kind of a relief. 

It's reminded me how much I neglect myself amongst the ongoing daily..
