Have a great break @hanami , you guys do an amazing job.

I am gratful to still be here. 2022 was harrowing but I realise I have a life worth living. Yesterday I may not have expressed this so I am also grateful to the professionals who have helped me ride the waves.

I am grateful for the friendships that have grown through my vulnerability. No pretending with these friends which is freeing.

I just read a quote that said "Family is not about blood. It's about who is willing to hold your hand when you need it the most".

I haven't been on this forum long, but I do sense that SANE provides a virtual hand holding which is very special.

Shocked in a good way
Astounded even

I outdid myself

For this I am proud.

All I can say is who knows where I'll be this time next year

@hanami et al I think this year I'll be affirming or reaffirming the connections and goals that are important to me. The social dimensions of the festive season and the start of the new calendar year should give me the chance to do that... if I'm up to it.
