I hear you @Captain24 it is deflating when you don't see the changes you're hoping for. Hopefully speaking with your dietician about this is helpful tomorrow.

Oh I now understand that struggle of wanting to go to bed early but needing to wait to take the dogs out to the toilet.

That’s funny that she jumbles up the words. She’s so cute. 

Jett and Pix are both doing really well. Driving me crazy but I love them anyway! 

I had my car checked today and there is no damage just the bash plates are smashed and need replacing. My cousin sent a guy out to look at it that has a weak stomach. She deliberately didn’t tell him what I hit. He came back in white! Apparently I scalped the roo and there is so much hair under the car.. My cousin said to him ‘she hit a roo’ he said ‘I could tell’ you could see how sick he felt! 

Im struggling a lot tonight. I’m overtired have SI that I’m trying to self talk my way out of and failing. Plus I have pretty bad ED thoughts.

The little one is driving me bonkers. She's was screaming when I got home today.  She wanted to watch Sheriff Labrador - whatever that is.

Sounds like Jett and Pix are driving you as nuts as the kids are driving me bonkers here.

Sorry to hear you are really struggling tonight. What's happened? Also, how was work the past few nights?

The car bounced over it. My car hit hard! @tyme 

I couldn’t handle that much screaming. I’d be so on edge. I think I’d lose my temper. I’m having anger issues anyway. 

They are.. Jett is sitting on my shoulder chewing a bone in my ear. Every time I move him he gets back to the same spot. He was curled up next to my bum and I farted. You should have seen the look on his face!! It was priceless, I couldn’t stop laughing! 😂 

I think it’s cause I’m over tired. I think that’s where the SI is coming from. It’s pretty bad though. Plus I’m hating on my body, it’s so disgusting that I’ve gotten sores. I’m struggling to make dinner tonight. I don’t have the energy or the want to eat. 

Work was good. Last night it was raining so I didn’t do anything but slide in slippery roads. I just sat for hours for the last 2 nights.

All good. Yeah... this house is very very noisy at the moment. Too much noise and screaming. I am retreating to my own place as we speak. I'll turn the heater on and get away from them.

I know eating is so so hard. But I also know that if you don't feed your brain, you end up feeling so much worse and it just goes round and round.

I really hope you find space to do what's right for you.

I can see why you are going home. @tyme. Shut the door and you should have peace. I don’t know how you can concentrate with noise around. I’ve had to pause the tv to respond cause I can’t do it with background noise. Unless you count a dog whinging at me for a treat! 

It must be nice to have your own bed back again! 

I know.. I’ve been doing really well at it up until now. Just the sores and the numbers not changing have triggered me a lot! The sores are open wounds and are really sore. 

I know you don’t like hearing big feelings from me and I’m really sorry I shared.
