Re: Night Shift

Another insominac here.  I've not been to sleep at all yet and it's now 11am in the morning 😞 .. I used to take drugs and supplements for sleep but all my health needs have gone out of the window one could say as I'm struggling too much day by day and just overwhelmed by everything.and inside that is now just making me want to give up on my health, no one else cares about it or me so why should I keep trying with it... I do not feel like I have anything to live for as my life so horrid.

It's feeling dreadful loneliness which again has kept me up all night (the night before last night I was awake due to crying and being upset due to being so lonely all night too). I probably will end up falling asleep in the next couple of hours and then probably will not woke up till dark

Re: Night Shift

Sorry to hear of your struggles. It is possible to take on day shift instead?

Re: Night Shift

Hi @taniaaust1 sorry to hear you are in such a tough place.  Do you use lifeline? Sending you good vibes 💙.  I'm hoping you're sleeping right now xx
