I'm staying strong and noticing old messages and triggers. All these messages are reminding me to stay safe. 

It's tiring though. 

The absolute fantastic is that my son texted me and we are going to see if we can catch up this Friday. 

I was thinking I was pushing it but looks like he might want to see me.
