Coin Collectors' Corner

Hey Everyone!

I thought I'd open this space up to talk all things coins!

I've noticed that we have a few interested coin collectors.

@Mustang67 @Harmonium @Shaz51 @Snowie Feel free to tag anyone.

I'm a bit gutted that I missed out on the Bluey coin collection. I was waiting eagerly for it 😞

Wow! Nice!

@Shaz51 Do you remember the 1 cent, 2 cent coins we used to use? I remember in primary school, I just to be able to get a 'fruit ball' for 1cent.

Re: Coin Collectors' Corner

Re: Coin Collectors' Corner

hey @Shaz51!

i don't know too much about coins if i'm honest! but i love learning new things so I just popped in to check this thread out .. now I've learnt that we had a 1 & 2 cent coin 😊

i used to collect $1 and $2 coins with fancy designs on them but I eventually put them in my mum's money box which hasn't been filled to the top or opened in around 10 years.

Re: Coin Collectors' Corner

@rav3n , @tyme

i used to collect 1 and 2 cents coins to start off with

and then started on the $ 1- and $ 2-dollar coins too

and then the 5 cents coins came

Re: Coin Collectors' Corner

@Shaz51 i see! so what happened to these collections - do you still have them or have you sold/traded them?

Re: Coin Collectors' Corner

ha ha @rav3n , @tyme

I kept the best-looking ones and kept them
