@gyp. Keeping yourself busy can help. Have you packed what you are taking? If so, why not wash some sheets or see if you can manage a short walk or even a shower.
Sleep when you need to. Don't forget to eat. Take a long bath and just try and focus on the sensation of the water on your body.
Sit outside on the ground and listen to the insects and birds. Feel the sun and wind on your skin. I find grounding myself through sensations to be helpful for me.
This part of your journey will be over soon. And a new and better journey awaits. Try and focus on that.
