I care mostly for my Mum but also my MIL and until recently, my SO who was in a bad accident.
It’s pretty tiring.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that @Shaz51 That sounds a bit rough.

That reminds me of trying to get through to the Stoma nurse, when things went very wrong, after my last bowel surgery..

The coffee looks nice.

I have blood tests done every six months and lots of the results are in the red

Yes self-carer, I like your description @Faith-and-Hope You've given me a new title, or sense of purpose...

I also care for my birds (lots), cat, & clients I care for during the day.

You've reminded me that I need to do a lot more self-care (right now)...
