I am still home sick with a chest infection urghhh ... it's been 2 weeks and nearly gone I hope 🤞 going to doc today tho for a check as chest still coughing yucky and stinging 😞 ... bit feel less fatigued and temp is down so that's good
Ms S is off to a new migraine treatment today - 'the Watson technique' ... hopefully it helps - she is still very much suffering daily either headaches or chucky migraines 😞 ... her mood and motivation are v low and depression/anxiety moderate to high but not out of control so we r just taking a day at a time ... tough wood no signs of mania for quite a while now so that's a relief as that is truly the most upsetting of her symptoms
I am a touch vigilant today tho as I know heat and MsS medications do not mix well at all and today is a scorcher .. had to explain to someone why holidays in extremely hot places are a terrible experience for someone on sun/heat sensitive meds - Ms S actually triggers into mania when she has been in decent sun/heat for half a day or more
anyone else find heat/sun effects them like this ?
